Atlastechnician: a new, success-oriented career
Due to the success of ATLANTOtec® Atlas correction, we have identified the need to train
additional therapists to cope with increasing demand. What are the reasons for this success?
One reason is that treatment of the spine, e.g. using chiropractic, usually only produces temporary
improvements and has to be regularly repeated, as the Atlas vertebra is not correctly positioned.
We do not want to go into more detail here, as you have certainly already studied the website in detail and have become familiar with the
whys and wherefores.
You are probably acquainted with the Leaning Tower of Pisa in Italy:

It is easy to see that the final upper part was added on once the tower was already subsiding. While
this may be acceptable for town planners, this solution – to stretch the comparison somewhat – is
not tolerable when it involves the structure of the human body.
If one nonetheless considers the top section as the head of the tower, and straightens the tower so it
stands upright, then the tower would have to bend if it is still going to keep the top section level.
This is exactly what happens to the body when the Atlas is misaligned, as one attempts to keep the
head level – with problems for the posture as a whole.
This makes it necessary to bring the Atlas back to its correct position before manipulation of the
spine can yield long-term or even permanent results. Still today this is still not sufficiently taken
into account, and with the techniques available until now it was not in fact possible. Detailed
explanations are available here.
It is often the case that no other manipulative techniques are needed after an Atlas correction.
This is why it is necessary to train therapists in this new area of expertise – and in particular to train
therapists who are willing and able to undertake a highly satisfying job offering long-term success.
This method promises to remedy complaints for good, instead of offering just short-term
improvement.
Requirements for participation in Atlastechnician training:
- Attendance of Atlas correction training requires previous completion of training in health care as a
doctor, traditional healer (only with experience in massage), physiotherapist or osteopath. In
Switzerland the minimum requirement is successful completion of a massage course (only in
Switzerland). Care training is not enough! Chiropractors who wish to continue in their career are
excluded from training. The reason for this is that chiropractic manipulation of the cervical spine is
not always without risk and therefore many people have become afraid, distrustful and cautious. In
no case do we want to confuse the absolutely harmless ATLANTOtec® method with chiropractic
manipulations.
- Atlastechnician training requires a certain sensitivity and manual dexterity in order to learn
correctly how to determine the position of the Atlas. Some years experience in manual therapy are
certainly an advantage.
- Another requirement is that you, as therapist, should have experienced the ATLANTOtec®
treatment yourself. The reason for this is that you should learn about the treatment process and the
results through your own experiences, before treating other people.
- It is absolutely necessary to be able to operate a PC correctly (Windows, Internet, e-mail, Office) or
even better a MAC; internal communication between Atlastechnicians takes place almost entirely
electronically via Internet.
Questions such as “How expensive is the training?” from therapists who have not yet tried out the
ATLANTOtec® treatment and therefore do not yet know anything about it immediately place the
therapist in a poor light! THEREFORE: first try out the treatment and THEN ask questions at the
personal interview. What is the point in learning the cost of something when you do not know
exactly what you receive for your money?
We want to collaborate with capable, intelligent, successful people who have a genuine wish to help
their fellow human beings to better health, and who are already financially independent.
The difference between the results of other well-known techniques and those of ATLANTOtec® is
so great that a therapist cannot gain an objective picture without having tried out the treatment for
themselves and without having studied the documentation of at least a few of the thousand
successfully treated cases.
Please note that this type of treatment and the ATLANTOtec® procedure are fundamentally
different from all other methods that you may be familiar with (Atlas Orthogonal, Upper Cervical,
Atlaslogie, Vitalogie, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Atlas corrections by Arlen, Atlasprofilax, Dorn-
Breuss, etc.). Even if you have already tried one of these methods, it may not mean that your Atlas
is correctly positioned.
If you have an appointment at our training center at Wollerau (Switzerland) and your Atlas is in a
correct position, you do not need a treatment and this step can be skipped.
Before filling out the form make sure you have an updated version of the web-browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox), otherwise it might not work properly.

I have already experienced the ATLANTOtec® method myself*:
If you have not yet received ATLANTOtec® treatment, please enter a date below on which you
would be able to visit our training center in Wollerau, Switzerland. As well as the treatment, you
will also be required on this date to give a trial massage to demonstrate your skills.
The details of the course will be presented and all questions will be answered in a personal
interview. This three- to four-hour appointment is purely for the exchange of information and to get
to know each other, as well as to test your skills, it is not however part of the training.
Just to clear up any possible misunderstandings from the start: if you have already had treatment
from an Atlastechnician, an appointment is still necessary to get to know each other and to be
permitted to attend the training.
Please enter two possible dates here*:
The definitive date for the appointment will be agreed by telephone depending on the availability of
both parties.
Course programme
During the course participants gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the following areas:
- Appropriate procedures for determining misalignment of the Atlas, the posture and the inclination of the pelvis for people of various ages and builds.
- Palpation of the neck, determining the position of the Atlas by hand.
- Correction of the misalignment of the Atlas using special devices.
- Checking that the Atlas is in fact in the correct position after treatment.
- Massage technique for use after treatment.
The course is currently available in German and Italian.
A maximum of four participants take part in each course (but you do not have to find the other three
participants!). The course normally takes place at the practice of a participant, once the appropriate
installations have been fitted.
Practical exercises take place under the course leader’s strict supervision, directly on people who
have voluntarily offered to be subjects and who therefore receive treatment free of charge.
The participants are responsible for organizing these volunteers. About ten subjects should be
invited for each participant (finding subjects is not normally a problem – and with a little
cooperation one can find the best solution for all).
If you are interested in the training please complete the following form and add a picture of
yourself. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
